On Tuesday, Feb. 6 at 1 p.m., Sandra Nardoci, associate broker/seniors real estate specialist at Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Blake, Realtors® and Holly Pajak, owner of Niskayuna-based Senior Moves by Design NY, will present, “Preparing Your Home for Sale: Maximizing Your Home’s Value in Today’s Real Estate Market.” The talk will take place at The Meadows at Glenwyck, an independent senior living community located at 150 Dutch Meadows Lane in Glenville (just behind WalMart).

Nardoci will share her perspective on the current local real estate market. She will also provide tips on preparing your home for sale, give advice on how to choose a realtor, explain the realtor’s role in the real estate transaction, and discuss how to maximize your home’s value.

“I will focus on the decluttering and downsizing process and not letting your belongings become an obstacle in reaching your next life adventure,” added Pajak. “I will provide tips and resources for getting rid of unwanted items and furniture.”

Pajak has more than 15 years of experience working with individuals and their families during the transition from a large family home into a smaller residence.
